S&P withdraws ratings on The Cooper Cos. at company request

S&P Global Ratings said it withdrew its BB+ issuer credit rating on the Pleasanton, Calif.-based The Cooper Cos. Inc. at the company's request.

The rating agency also withdrew BB+ issue-level rating and recovery rating of 3 on the medical device maker's senior unsecured debt.

S&P's outlook on the company was stable at the time of withdrawal.
