WCF Bancorp replaces interim CFO

Stephen Mourlam, interim CFO of Webster City, Iowa-based WCF Bancorp Inc. and unit WCF Financial Bank, retired Dec. 19.

The company appointed Paul Moen as its new interim CFO under a consulting agreement having a term of Dec. 26, 2018, through June 30, 2019. Moen previously served as an independent financial consultant for Moen Consulting LLC.

In addition, the company appointed Bradley Mickelson to its board for a term expiring at the 2019 annual meeting of shareholders.
