Sandstorm upsizes revolving credit facility to US$150M

Sandstorm Gold Ltd. amended its revolving credit facility, upsizing it from US$110 million to US$150 million, the company said Dec. 20.

The loan will enable the company to use the funds for general corporate purposes, including to pay dividends.

The revolving facility has a four-year term and will mature Dec. 20, 2021.

The loan is provided by a syndicate of banks including The Bank of Nova Scotia, Bank of Montreal, National Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Royal Bank of Canada.
