Dominion Energy Midstream files to sell $500M of common units

Dominion Energy Midstream Partners LP registered $500 million of its common units for sale in future offerings at prices and terms that would depend on market conditions and other factors.

The partnership plans to use net proceeds from any sale of the common units for general partnership purposes such as paying down debt, acquisitions, CapEx and working capital.

Dominion Energy Midstream was formed by Dominion Energy Inc. to develop natural gas midstream assets such as terminaling, processing, storage and transportation.
