Operadora Lakahn to acquire Mexican development project for €97M

Mexican company Operadora Lakahn SA de CV agreed to acquire the Mayakoba City urban development project in Mexico for approximately €96.9 million.

Two Mexican entities of construction company Obrascón Huarte Lain SA will sell shares of certain entities, lands and rights in relation to the project, as part of the company's exit from the Mexican real estate market.

The deal is expected to close before Dec. 31.
