Owl Rock Capital Corp. on May 10 amended its IPO filing to disclose the managers of its IPO and where it expects its common shares to be traded.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Wells Fargo Securities were named joint book-running managers of the IPO. Owl Rock Capital expects its common shares to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ORCC.
The specialty finance company still did not disclose the public offering price and expected net proceeds in the amended filing.
Owl Rock Capital also provided more information on its share repurchase plan disclosed in the original filing. The board approved a plan to repurchase up to $100 million of its common shares at below net asset value per share over a specified period. The repurchase program will commence 30 days after the closing of the IPO.
