United Labels Q3 loss narrows YOY

United Labels AG said its third-quarter normalized net income came to a loss of 4 euro cents per share, compared with a loss of 6 cents per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of €231,440, compared with a loss of €262,950 in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin climbed to negative 2.8% from negative 3.3% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue grew year over year to €8.1 million from €7.9 million, and total operating expenses increased from the prior-year period to €8.3 million from €8.0 million.

Reported net income totaled a loss of €175,710, or a loss of 6 cents per share, compared to a loss of €420,000, or a loss of 10 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
