Michael Crimmins, senior vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer of Moody's Corp., is resigning from the company on or about June 15.
Crimmins has been serving as Moody's principal financial officer since April 2, on an interim basis.
The company has appointed Jeffrey Hare as its principal financial officer and David Hogan as principal accounting officer. Both the appointments will take effect June 16.
Hare serves as senior vice president of corporate planning and risk, while Hogan serves as managing director and assistant controller.
