Shareholder dismisses lawsuit over disclosures in Moody's purchase of Reis

A purported shareholder agreed to dismiss a lawsuit over Moody's Analytics Maryland Corp.'s offer to purchase U.S. commercial real estate data provider Reis Inc.

The defendants include Reis, its directors, Moody's Corp. and unit Moody's Analytics Maryland Corp. The case, Scarantino v. Reis Inc. et al., alleged that they failed to disclose material information in a disclosure filed Sept. 13. In response, Reis made additional disclosures.
