Morgan Stanley named Anne-Juliette Laurencin as head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa market risk division, eFinancialCareers reported.
Laurencin was with JPMorgan Chase & Co. prior to this role, according to the report.

Doug McGregor, group head of RBC Capital Markets and RBC Investor & Treasury Services, will retire Jan. 31, 2020.
Derek Neldner, RBC Capital Markets' global head of investment banking, will become group head of the investment bank Nov. 1. McGregor will become chairman of RBC Capital Markets until his retirement. In addition, Mike Bowick will become president of RBC Capital Markets and Doug Guzman will lead RBC Investor & Treasury Services.

Morgan Stanley named Anthony Bunnell as its first head of retirement, OnWallStreet reported, citing an internal memo.
Bunnell is the co-founder of online retirement plan firm Honest Dollar Inc., which was acquired by Goldman Sachs Group Inc. He previously worked for Goldman before being appointed to the new role, according to the report.

Bank of America Corp. hired Samardh Kumar as co-head of a division focused on emerging private companies, Bloomberg News reported, citing an internal memo.
Kumar was previously Citigroup Inc.'s head of North American internet investment banking and co-head of global software.
