Homesend, Al Mulla Exchange sign global money transfer partnership

Belgium-based cross-border money transfer service provider HomeSend and Kuwait-based remittance and currency exchange company Al Mulla Exchange signed a partnership to expand remittance routes for customers of the latter.

The deal will increase destinations for Al Mulla's customers to include Europe, the U.K., Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand and China, according to a joint statement by the two companies May 9.

Homesend is a joint venture between Mastercard Inc., eServGlobal Ltd and BICS. Al Mulla Exchange is a unit of financial conglomerate Al Mulla Group.
