Banco Improsa to issue bonds worth 1B Costa Rican colones

Banco Improsa SA will auction bonds worth 1 billion Costa Rican colones on June 7, according to a June 2 filing with Costa Rica's securities regulator.

The 720-day, SERIE2017A3C bonds will carry a nominal interest rate of 7.25% and will be issued the same day as the auction.

The planned issuance is part of a debt program launched in 2012 for up to 15 billion colones.

As of June 2, US$1 was equivalent to 569.22 Costa Rican colones.
