Japan Housing Finance Agency issues ¥145.3B of mortgage-secured notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency issued ¥145.3 billion of residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said Dec. 27.

The notes have a fixed coupon rate of 0.38% and are due January 2054. The issuance closed Dec. 27.

As of Dec. 27, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.81.
