Dissident shareholders reshape Zenyatta board

Dissident shareholders shook up Zenyatta Ventures Ltd.'s board of directors after voting at a special meeting of shareholders. The move was flagged in mid-February.

In a May 11 news release, the shareholders and Zenyatta said four members of its board of directors were removed and replaced with other nominees.

The new board comprises Francis Dubé, Brian Bosse, Eric Wallman, Brian Davey and Brett Richards.

Zenyatta could not immediately be reached for comment, but its executive chairman recently recommended shareholders vote against the dissident recommendations.

The company's main asset is the Albany graphite deposit in Ontario.
