Peru's Caja Huancayo replaces chairman, vice chairman

Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Huancayo SA said Jorge Guillermo Solis Espinoza resigned as the bank's chairman and board director.

The Peruvian company elected Herbert Roel Chamorro Victorio its new chairman and Felipe Jesús Atoche Castillo vice chairman. Both new appointees have been serving as members of the company's board.

Atoche Castillo replaces Eduardo Anternor Morales Ortiz, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
