Florida office portfolio changes hands for $101M

Osprey East LLC and Osprey SA Ltd. sold a seven-building office portfolio in Tampa, Fla., for $101 million to Durham, N.C.-based Dilweg Cos., The Real Deal reported.

The portfolio has 698,100 square feet of rentable space and is 74% occupied.

The portfolio includes Tampa Oaks One at 12802 Tampa Oaks Blvd.; Lakeview at Hidden River at Hidden River Parkway; 9000 Town Center Parkway in the Lakewood Ranch submarket; WestLake Corporate Center I and II at 9119 and 9009 Corporate Lake Drive; Orion Center at 3001 North Rocky Pointe Drive E.; and Palm Court at Hidden River at 8600 Hidden River Parkway.
