SEB issues $750M international bonds

Sweden-based Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB issued $750 million in international bonds, Cbonds reported March 19.

The notes carry a coupon of 3.05% and mature March 25, 2022.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and SEB served as book runners for the issuance.
