Financiera Confianza to offer up to 25M soles in negotiable securities

Financiera Confianza SA's board approved an offering of one-year negotiable deposits certificates worth 20 million Peruvian soles, though expandable to 25 million soles.

The planned issuance will be company's fourth placement amid an ongoing 2016 issuance program, the bank said in a filing.

As of Jan. 27, US$1 was equivalent to 3.29 Peruvian soles.
