S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency issues ¥148.4B of mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency issued ¥148.4 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said March 26.

The notes bear a coupon of 0.40% and will mature April 2053.

As of March 23, US$1 was equivalent to ¥104.94.
