AQR Capital Management to cut staff due to decline in assets

Due to a decline in assets, AQR Capital Management LLC is cutting between 5% to 10% of its global workforce, Bloomberg News reported.

The company had $185 billion in assets in the year ended September 2019, which is a decline of approximately 20%. AQR Capital Management has about 900 employees, Bloomberg noted.
