Buckeye Bahamas Hub partially resumes operations after Dorian

Buckeye Partners LP's marine terminal Buckeye Bahamas Hub has now partially restarted operations after the Hurricane Dorian, according to a Sept. 11 news release.

While the partnership is still working on final assessments and getting operations fully restored, the facility's inland berths are receiving vessels for petroleum products transportation.

Initial assessments of the Bahamas Hub, which only sustained minor damages, showed no traces of product release or environmental impacts.

Buckeye Partners provides midstream solutions focused mainly on liquid petroleum products services. Its flagship marine terminal, the Buckeye Bahamas Hub, is one of the world's largest marine crude oil and refined petroleum product facilities.
