2 Missouri-based insurance agencies merge

Missouri-based Chapman-Sander Insurance and Hogan Insurance Group have combined to form Chapman & Hogan Insurance Group, the St. Louis Business Journal reported.

The combined entity will have 23 staff and nearly $5 million in consolidated revenue, according to the report. Jason Duncan, Jean Judge and John Higdon were appointed executive vice presidents.

Chapman-Sander offers commercial insurance and employee benefit solutions, while Hogan Insurance provides commercial and personal insurance.
