KASIKORNBANK PCL said April 3 that Teeranun Srihong has resigned as president and director of the bank.
Teeranun stepped down from the role to pursue new challenges, although his contract was not due to end for another two years, the Bangkok Post reported April 4.
Teeranun, along with Predee Daochai, was appointed president in 2013. Apart from Predee, the Thai lender has two other presidents: Kattiya Indaravijaya and Pipit Aneaknithi.
The bank also said Yongyuth Yuthavong and Pairash Thajchayapong stepped down as directors upon reaching the age limit of 72 years old.
