Australia's EBOS completes acquisition of pharmacy chain Terry White

EBOS Group Ltd. completed the acquisition of Terry White Group Ltd. by buying the remaining shares in the Australian pharmacy chain for about A$50 million.

In 2016, Australian healthcare distributor EBOS merged its pharmacy unit with the Terry White Group to create a unified retail business in Australia with about 500 locations and about A$2 billion in annual sales. In October, EBOS expressed its intentions to buy the remaining shares in Terry White.

Following the completion, Terry White has become a wholly owned subsidiary of EBOS.
