Moody's on Dec. 1 withdrew all of its ratings on Argentina's Banco BC SA following the recent completion of the bank's merger with Banco Comafi SA.
The withdrawn ratings include Banco BC's long-term global local currency deposit rating of B3 and its long-term national scale local currency deposit rating of Baa1.ar.
Banco BC's merger into Banco Comafi took place in late November, with Banco BC ceasing to exist as a separate legal entity. All of Banco BC's assets and liabilities were directly assumed by Banco Comafi.
