WH Ireland chairman to retire at December-end

WH Ireland Group PLC said Chairman Tim Steel intends to retire from post at the end of December.

The Irish financial services company noted that it has launched a search process to find a replacement for Steel, who has served as chairman of the firm since January 2016.

Meanwhile, Richard Lee, nonexecutive director of WH Ireland, also informed the board of his intention to retire December-end. Lee will continue to serve as senior adviser to the group as it develops its wealth management business.
