Fidelity National Information Services Inc. priced its cash tender offer for up to an aggregate maximum repurchase amount of $812.0 million principal amount of its outstanding 5.000% senior notes due 2025, 4.750% senior notes due 2048 and 4.500% senior notes due 2046.
Total consideration is $1,144.79 per $1,000 principal amount of the 5.000% senior notes; the fixed spread is 55 basis points, and the notes have a reference yield of 1.685%. For the 4.750% senior notes, total consideration is $1,235.36 per $1,000 principal amount; the fixed spread is 115 basis points, and the notes have a reference yield of 2.283%. Total consideration is $1,173.72 per $1,000 principal amount of the 4.500% senior notes; the fixed spread is 120 basis points, and the notes have a reference yield of 2.283%.
The tender offer will expire at 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 19, unless extended or earlier terminated.
