WGL Holdings increases annualized dividend

WGL Holdings Inc. voted to increase the annualized dividend on its common stock to $2.04 per share from $1.95 per share, according to a Feb. 1 news release.

WGL Holdings also declared a regular quarterly dividend of 51 cents per share of common stock, payable May 1 to shareholders of record as of April 10.

"The 5% increase reflects a dedication to delivering sustainable dividend growth for investors and a firm commitment to our strategic vision," Terry McCallister, chairman and CEO of WGL Holdings, said in the statement.
