Wells Fargo & Co. named Thomas Joao as senior vice president responsible for loans made to Latin American financial institutions, a company spokesperson confirmed to S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Joao was previously a vice president at Moody's Corp., where he was responsible for business development for U.S. financial institutions.

Varshney was most recently HSBC USA Inc.'s regulatory compliance COO.

Payments processor Elavon Inc. named Joe Myers as president and chief revenue officer of Elavon North America.
Myers most recently led the sales division for North America. He joined the company in 2011.

New Mountain Finance Corp.'s board elected Daniel Hébert as a class III director, with his term expiring at the 2020 annual shareholders' meeting.
Hébert replaces Kurt Wolfgruber, who died in June. Hébert is the co-founder and COO of Bernstein Equity Partners LLC.
