Enterprise to add crude oil quality specifications at Cushing, Okla., terminal

Enterprise Products Partners LP will adopt five new quality specifications for sweet crude oil, or West Texas Intermediate, at its Cushing, Okla. terminal, according to a Dec. 14 news release.

The five new parameters, to take effect starting with the January 2019 delivery month, include tests for distillation, vanadium, nickel, total acid number and micro carbon residue.

The company's Cushing terminal is a physical delivery point for NYMEX WTI futures.
