Aerium buys Frankfurt office asset for €140M

European real estate fund manager Aerium paid €140 million to Aurec Real Estate Europe for the BBW prime office complex in Frankfurt's Westend district.

Office space makes up 85% of the property, with residential units accounting for 7% and the remainder used for storage and commercial purposes, as well as 347 car parking spaces. The asset, which includes 35,000 square meters of lettable space, is fully occupied by German financial services tenants KfW and DeutscheWertpapierServiceBank on long leases.
