Mountain Valley Bank to purchase certain assets of Citywide Banks branch

Walden, Colo.-based Mountain Valley Bank applied with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to purchase certain assets and assume certain liabilities of a Colorado branch of Denver-based Citywide Banks, according to a Federal Reserve release.

Mountain Valley Bank is a subsidiary of Platte Valley Financial Service Cos. Inc. and Citywide Banks is a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA Inc.
