Danone grosses €1.35 billion from debt offering

Danone raised gross proceeds of €1.35 billion from an offering of floating rate senior unsubordinated unsecured notes due Nov. 3, 2018.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes or working capital and acquisitions or investments.

Banco Santander SA, Barclays Bank PLC, BNPP UK Holdings Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank SA, HSBC Bank PLC, ING Bank NV's Belgium branch, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, MUFG Securities EMEA PLC, Natixis SA, SG Corporate & Investment Banking and Royal Bank Of Scotland PLC were the lead underwriters.
