Dutch insurer SRLEV postpones pricing of subordinated note buyback

Dutch insurer SRLEV NV postponed the pricing time, pricing date and settlement date of its offer to buy back €400 million of its subordinated notes due 2041.

The company disclosed that approximately €272.6 million worth of notes had been tendered when the offer expired at 5 p.m. Amsterdam time on June 11.
