Tennessee-based maid services company ServiceMaster Global Holdings Inc. said Feb. 21 that its chief marketing and strategy officer Marvin Davis left the company, effective immediately.

The move is part of the company's ongoing efforts to support its strategic needs as two stand-alone companies, with the expected American Home Shield business spinoff, the statement added.

The company, which previously appointed a chief transformation officer and president for its pest control business, aims to integrate marketing efforts within each of its business units.
