Old National Bank names market president; National Holdings hires executives

Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Pacific Western Bank hired seven executives for its venture banking team.

The bank added Woodrow Thames as senior vice president and global treasury management banker, and James Keeratisakdawong as senior vice president and technology banker.

Audrey Yen joined as senior vice president and fund finance client manager, while Ryan Matava will be senior vice president and portfolio management client manager.

Bryce Bewley, Steve Kent and Paul Persichette were named vice president and technology banker, vice president and portfolio management client manager, and vice president and global treasury management banker, respectively.

PacWest Bancorp is the parent company of Pacific Western Bank.

Newport, Tenn.-based Newport Federal Bank appointed Cynthia Stinnett to its board, Citizen Tribune reported.

Stinnett is a former educator at Newport Grammar School.

United Tennessee Bankshares Inc. is the parent company of Newport Federal Bank.

Old National Bank named David Wilsdorf St. Louis region market president.

Wilsdorf most recently was regional vice president for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking.

Old National Bancorp is the parent company of Old National Bank.

Financial Services

National Holdings Corp. added Bill Washington, Mark Melrose and Jim Mulcahy to its unit, National Securities Corp.

Washington and Melrose join as managing director and chief strategy officer, and managing director and regional sales manager, respectively. The two join from Capitol Securities Management Inc.

Mulcahy comes from Morgan Stanley and will be senior vice president and branch manager.
