Stinnett is a former educator at Newport Grammar School.

Wilsdorf most recently was regional vice president for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking.

National Holdings Corp. added Bill Washington, Mark Melrose and Jim Mulcahy to its unit, National Securities Corp.
Washington and Melrose join as managing director and chief strategy officer, and managing director and regional sales manager, respectively. The two join from Capitol Securities Management Inc.
Mulcahy comes from Morgan Stanley and will be senior vice president and branch manager.
