CBRE Global Investors selling 3-tower office complex in Dallas

CBRE Global Investors Inc. has put the Galleria Office Towers in Dallas up for sale, The Dallas Morning News reported.

The three-tower office campus on LBJ Freeway, which includes 1.5 million square feet of office space, is connected to the 1.5 million-square-foot Galleria Dallas Mall and the 448-room Westin Hotel. CBRE acquired the property for more than $300 million in 2015, according to the publication.

JLL has been tapped to market the office property, which is about 90% leased to Amazon.com Inc. and other major tenants, the report noted.
