Baader Bank strengthens capital markets, corporate finance team

Baader Bank AG announced three new appointments to its capital markets and corporate finance team.

The German lender named Georg Schüttken managing director and head of corporate finance. Schüttken, who has been a managing director and head of the public sector for Germany and Austria at Barclays Plc, will be directly responsible for real estate, infrastructure, transport and logistics sectors and public sector clients.

Sebastian Holl was named executive director and head of corporate brokerage, responsible for providing support and consulting with listed companies in their ongoing capital markets activities. Holl most recently served as senior relationship manager and head of sales trading at Oddo Seydler Bank AG.

Baader Bank also appointed Maria Mai director and member of the capital markets execution team. Mai joined the bank from law firm Linklaters.

The appointments took effect March 1.
