Origin Energy Finance sets up US$10B note program

Australia's Origin Energy Finance Ltd. established a euro medium-term note program of up to US$10 billion.

Notes listed under the program will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., according to a Dec. 18 release.

The issuance of notes can be made in one or more tranches.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, J.P. Morgan Securities Australia Ltd. serve as arranger and dealers for the program, while BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and Goldman Sachs International act as dealers as well.
