Ontario-based Brookfield Asset Management Inc. will delist its class A limited voting shares from Euronext Amsterdam due to what the company described as very low trading volume.
The delisting is effective Sept. 30, with Sept. 27 as the stock's last trading day. Brookfield shares will remain listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Brookfield has more than $385 billion in assets under management, focusing on real estate, renewable power, infrastructure and private equity.
