New Mountain Finance increases size of 2 credit facilities

New Mountain Finance Corp. increased the amounts available under two of its credit facilities.

The company on Dec. 10 increased the size of its credit facility with Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Morgan Stanley Bank NA and Stifel Bank & Trust by $50.0 million to $188.5 million with the addition of MUFG Union Bank NA as a lender. The amended credit facility also adds terms that will allow for the replacement of the London interbank offered rate upon the occurrence of certain events.

New Mountain Finance on Dec. 12 increased the size of another credit facility to $280.0 million from $255.0 million as Citizens Bank NA increased the size of its commitment.
