Beiersdorf broadens online reach in China

German personal care products maker Beiersdorf AG on May 14 signed an agreement with Chinese e-commerce retailer NetEase Inc.'s NetEase Kaola in a bid to expand the company's e-commerce presence in China.

The company, which makes Nivea skin care products, expects the NetEase Kaola deal to further expand its reach in the Chinese market, which recorded 80.6% growth in 2017.
