Traditional Bank names successor to retiring CEO

Traditional Bank Inc.'s board appointed Andy Baker CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2020, The (Frankfort, Ky.) State Journal reported.

Baker will succeed William Alverson, who is retiring as CEO of the Mount Sterling, Ky.-based bank at the end of 2019. Baker's career at the bank includes serving as president and COO.

Alverson will remain a member of the bank's board. He will also continue to serve the Traditional Bancorp. Inc. unit in a business development role through 2020.

Chief Lending Officer Daniel Mason will become president of the bank, effective Jan. 1, 2020.
