Stingray, ADISQ launch new music TV channel

Stingray Digital Group Inc. and l'Association québécoise de l'industrie du disque, du spectacle et de la video, or ADISQ, rolled out a specialty music video TV channel primarily dedicated to French-language Quebec and Canadian music videos.

The service is available on Videotron Ltd.'s channel offering and soon will be available for Bell Canada's Bell Fibe TV, TELUS Corp. and Cogeco Communications Inc. subscribers, the company said June 15.

Stingray is a provider of multiplatform music and video services and digital experiences. ADISQ is a nonprofit organization created to help Quebec performers develop their careers and reach their audiences.
