Zimbabwe's GetBucks Microfinance Bank appoints deputy managing director, CFO

Zimbabwe-based GetBucks Microfinance Bank Ltd. named Paul Soko as deputy managing director and appointed Patrick Mashinga to succeed him as CFO — effective June 5 and Aug. 19, respectively.

Soko was the bank's CFO and will deputize for the managing director along with handling the COO's portfolio. Mashinga was group finance manager at Brainworks Ltd.

Meanwhile, Milanda Manjengwah and Gert Thomas Fourie resigned from the company's board of directors — effective May 23 and June 30, respectively.

Fourie, who was a founding executive director of the bank, was reassigned to another country within the MyBucks Group, while Manjengwah is leaving to focus on her duties in her law firm.
