The normalized profit margin dropped to negative 1.2% from negative 0.1% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue increased 19.5% year over year to $43.3 million from $36.2 million, and total operating expenses increased 21.5% year over year to $44.0 million from $36.3 million.
Reported net income came to a loss of $874,560, or a loss of 8 cents per share, compared to a loss of $112,710, or a loss of 1 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
