Bank of Communications Co. Ltd. named Zhang Minsheng as a shareholder supervisor and Wang Xuewu as an employee supervisor.

Zhang is a member of the party group and chief accountant of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd., while Wang is the general manager of Bank of Communications' employees work department.

Zhang's appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
