Nickel Mines completes A$200M IPO

Nickel Mines Ltd. has listed on the ASX on Aug. 16 after raising A$200 million for an IPO.

According to an Aug. 20 report by Mining Global, the IPO values the company at about A$485 million and is one of the largest offerings on the ASX over the last year.

Nickel Mines aims at becoming a "globally significant, low-cost producer" of nickel pig iron.

The company holds an 80% interest in PT Hengyaya Mineralinda, which subsequently holds 100% of the company's flagship Hengjaya nickel mine in Indonesia.
