National Holdings buying Winslow Evans & Crocker

National Holdings Corp. is buying employee-owned full-service investment firm Winslow Evans & Crocker Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the fiscal first quarter of 2020 and is expected to be accretive to gross and adjusted EBITDA margins.

Winslow has a team of more than 50 certified financial planners, investment adviser representatives, financial consultants, brokers and other specialists, with more than $2.5 billion in assets under management. The firm also has a trading desk, in-house life insurance agency, and capital markets and economic research.
