Allianz Group issued €1.5 billion in two series of international bonds, Cbonds reported.
The first €750 million bond carries a coupon of 0.875% and matures Jan. 15, 2026. The other €750 million tranche has a 1.5% coupon and matures Jan. 15, 2030.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC served as book runners on the 2030 notes transaction, Cbonds said.
